You must purchase this registration fee of £1 to bid on the Instagram Auction, so I can have some assurance of your identity , please include your Instagram handle in the notes. I will keep you on file for future Auctions, you will only have to register once. You will also be included in an auctions mailing list for future events. You will have access to my highest end pieces.
So then, Welcome to the first Auction of this truly one off piece. This is a full Integral, stainless clad SHG, a rare beast! My SHG or super high grade line, feature this deep fullered forging, further enhancing my classic forged geometry. This one being in 1.2442 core, pure nickel and stainless cladding.
I went to town with the Saya for this, I feel it is a celebration of colour, yet nothing detracts from the performance and functionality of this Chef knife. This is Highly function art.

Blade materials, my own stainless clad, 1.2442, forged geometry and forged integral bolster. Core is full hardness rc65.

Thickness spine over heel 5mm, taper to tip 5 to 1
Geometry heel 5 to 1.4mm
Integral bolster hot blued, oil quenched for durability.
Handle finest cocobola with insane grain , exhibition fit up.
