Beautiful little paring knife in my pure iron and pure nickel. I ground a couple of these and gave them a deep frosty etch, very fine pattern.
These are Japanese domestic White 1, at the core and super crispy hard.
I have matched it to a long slender Bocote wa, with a forged to shape copper bolster.
Feels lovely in hand, great performing, pretty little thing.
