A great simple forged Bullnose is carbon en9, Tempered back to 58hrc fro a true tough workhorse. This knife will be useful for many aspects of meat preparation, from skinning, workaround bones, to slicing steaks, a true workhorse that would double as a fantastic camp knife.
Knife has no flex, thick spine moderate forged taper, and geometry and a very convex ground bevel edge angle for tough use, yet still relatively thin at the edge. Handle is tapered full tang, in tough green micarta, held in place with fully riveted stainless tubes, doesn't get tougher than that!!
