Description- 3mm version Sujihiki, profile is on the flat side but with a subtle belly running into the heel and a rise to a slender tip for the last 1/3rd, bringing the tip around 20mm from the board.
Materials- 01 carbon steel @61-62hrc
Blade length – 270mm
Height – 45mm
Thickness on spine above heel – 3mm
Grind – Blended convex bevels, very thin at edge. See heel shot.
