260mm forged geometry Gyuto, in wrought/c105 special edition handle.
This beautiful knife is in the last of the wrought clad, from Sheffield Cathedral, incredible c105 pure carbon steel in the core. Great mid weight thin geometry forging on this one with a 5mm to 1mm taper tip and heel.
I have complimented the earthy wrought look of the knife to gorgeous handle materials, Tasmanian Blackwood, as nice as any Koa I have seen and sheep horn framed in snow white spacers.
A fantastic beast indeed, bevel is finished with natural stones and has come out gorgeously.
