This was actually forged from 4mm stock, and bevels were also partially forged so the blade has some extra height. There is no flex on the blade and has very extreme geometry. I think this will make a fantastic compact all rounder for where space is a little limited and having some extra height for larger tasks for a compact blade. I have priced this as a 3mm version and installed a basic utility line handle which is not epoxied, it is burned in and sealed with wax. It can be tapped off in the future if you wish to install a different handle.
Materials- 01 carbon steel @61-62hrc
Blade length – 180mm
Height- 54mm
Thickness on spine above heel – 3mm – 3.5mm entering handle
Grind- Convex blended bevels, very thin at the edge. See heel shot.

Handle materials Basic but very nice utility line in African rosewood and blackwood, traditional installation burned in and sealed with wax so can easily changed in the future.
