A very special little knife, designed with a nice sized handle which nestles into your hand in a number of positions for in hand Parer and kitchen Utility duties. Blade is 75mm of my finest double carbon damascus, a little more temper than a full size Chef knife for this one @ 63/64 h&c these steels are super tough together. It is a little razor with a wicked grind to match. Handle is Musk ox burl finest Koa and Jadeite, hand shaped and finished. You can see why I called this piece "The Mermaid with its textural Musk Ox tail. The piece balances form and function perfectly, for those who take joy in the use and ownership of a fine tool.
