A gorgeous everyday worker.
Special little forged knife in 1.2442 core and mild steel cladding, I have given it a proper stone finish so it is all ready to use and maintain as you go straight away on your own stones. It has nice forged geometry, nice and sturdy into handle but very quickly thinning so its a relatively thin knife with little flex. Simple but effective.

Handle is Fiddlebeck maple and amboyna ferrule, with white spacer
