This piece I have forged for the gathering in a more rustic style. All the geometry is forged except a little grinding in the hollow face and the wide bevel. The piece is in two different layer counts of damascus 900 layer core and about 100 layer for the cladding. The final geometry is done with stones and the whole lower bevel is polished and blended with a natural stone finish.
Above the lower bevel the damascus is machine finished only, so bit cheaper than a highly finished piece. This piece is about performance and rustic functional beauty.

This is certainly a mans knife with good weight, perfect balance, zero flex, full geometry with killer attention to detail on the geometry and into the edge.
